TeleMeasure has a cafeteria style plan that allows
you to pick and choose the services which will most benefit your
operation. If you have worked with your staff on specific customer
service issues, sales techniques, or promotional specials, and would
like to know how well your staff is implementing these techniques,
we can help! Our services include a variety of mystery shopping
services and evaluations. Most importantly, we want you to get what
you want, and we offer a no hassle guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with the service we have provided, just tell us-we will
do it again until we get it right, at no extra charge.
The TeleMeasure telephone shopping program has
three plans to choose from:
- Our Basic Plan is quite simple and is designed for the business
owner or operator who would prefer to evaluate and measure telephone
sales for themselves. We will place a call to your facility, make
an inquiry for the product, service, or scenario you have designated,
record the conversation (unless restricted by law), and mail you
the tape. You will now be able to listen to the conversation and
work with your staff as you see fit.
- Our Score Card Plan includes everything in the Basic Plan plus
a point system tied to your specifications. All you have to do
is fax, e-mail, or mail your telephone technique sheet or customer
service form for the product, service or scenario that you would
like us to score, measure and track. We will work with you to
create a point system to track your staff's progress. When the
calls are complete, we will mail you the tape and the scorecard!
- Our Premier Package includes everything in the Score Card Plan.
Plus, youwill receive an evaluation report from the mystery shopper
who placed the call, which will tell you why-or why not-this customer
would purchase a product or service from your company. TeleMeasure
will also offer tips, recommendations and technique suggestions
about each call when directed by you to do so.
The TeleMeasure Internet Shopper's programs are
designed to help you measure the effectiveness of your Internet
advertising as well as the effectiveness and attitude of your staff
with respect to this dynamic form of 21st century communication.
TeleMeasure currently offers two Internet-based mystery shopper
programs:
- Our E-mail Program is a simple straight-forward program designed
to track the amount of time it takes your staff to respond to
an Internet lead. We will access your Internet-based advertising
and send a request for information by filling out an online request
form or an e-mail. We will then track the amount of time it takes
for us to receive a return message through the Internet or a follow-up
telephone call. All written responses from your staff and TeleMeasure
documentation will be sent to you for your review.
- Our Web Site Shopping Service includes everything in the E-mail
Program and also measures the ease of navigation and effectiveness
of your Web site. You may have a Web site that is generating very
little action. Do you know if your site is viewable in the most
popular Internet browsers? How about all your links to other sites,
do they function properly? Or links within your own site? Is the
information easy to find within the Web site? Is your site kept
up-to-date? These are just some of the questions we will answer
for you. TeleMeasure will conduct a Web surfing session on your
site and mail you a full report prepared by an independent Web
surfer.
